Research On Corporate Financial Strategy In The Background Of Strategic Transformation

Faced with increasing global competition,information upgrading in the Internet era,increasingly urgent management support needs,and rapidly advancing industrial mergers and acquisitions,more and more companies have achieved self-transformation through strategic transformation,occupying the commanding heights of the industry.Therefore,in the increasingly competitive market environment,enterprise strategic management has been widely used.Financial strategy is the core component of corporate strategy theory.It is of great significance to examine the operating environment and financial environment of an enterprise from a strategic perspective to rationally arrange limited financial resources and obtain a competitive advantage.Under the strategy change,whether the level of financial strategy matches the implementation of the overall strategy,how to choose the financial strategy,whether there is room for optimization and how to optimize,are the core questions that this article needs to answer.This article takes TCL technology as a research object in the period of strategic transformation.Based on the introduction of domestic and international research status and theories,and TCL's strategic transformation process of science and technology,the motivation of the company's strategic transformation based on the risks and challenges faced by the company is first analyzed.Secondly,from four aspects of financing strategy,investment strategy,distribution strategy,and operation management strategy,the financial strategy during the transformation of TCL's technology strategy is analyzed in depth,and the choice of financial strategy under the transformation is studied.And from the short-term,medium-term and long-term aspects,analyze the effects of specialization strategic transformation on TCL technology.Through the above analysis,this article finds that TCL Technology adopts debt financing-based financing strategies,centralized construction investment strategies,active distribution strategies,and appropriate operation management strategies during the transformation process,so that the overall financial strategy is dynamically matched with the corporate strategy.The company's implementation of specialized strategic reforms has achieved positive results overall.However,in the process of transformation,the company still has problems such as weak solvency,threats to overseas business,excessive dividend payment rate,and low inventory turnover speed.Based on this,this article believes that the company should improve its financing structure,lay out related investment areas,implement a low dividend distribution policy,and speed up inventory turnover to optimize the current financial strategy.It is hoped that TCL Technology can further promote the goal of achieving a professional strategy for China The strategic transformation of other enterprises provides certain reference significance.
