The Improvement Of The Management Model Of Hongxin Securities Based On The Development Strategy

Thirty years of reform and opening up has been gone,the capital market has experienced development from small to large,from region to all over the country by leaps and bounds.Although there is a gap between China's securities market and mature capital market,in recent years has also been found that there are many problems:the strong becomes stronger and the weak becomes weaker,The traditional economy business is on the edge of zero profit,lack of business innovation ability,cross-border financial competition intensified,brokers face increasingly severe competition,the securities industry profit model is currently the most urgent needs of the transition period.Fcacing the capital market environment and industry status,Hongxin securities company is the research object in this paper.Purpose is to make scientific argument for Hongxin securities of choosing development strategy,and explore Hongxin securities's management model which is not suited to the development strategy,on this basis,the construction scheme of management mode is put forward.At first,this paper combined with the conditions of hongxin securities?macro environment of the capital market?the securities industry environment,and adopt a scientific analysis method——PEST,porter's five forces models,qualitatively analyzes the developing strategic environment of Hongxin securities.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the environmental factors can be divided into three levels,and constructed the hierarchical analysis model.Then quantitatively calculate the weight of various influence factors,find the key factors affecting the development of Hongxin securities,select suitable development strategy for Hongxin securities.The results showed that in many influence factors,business conditions,staff structure,asset quality are in the key position,In view of these factors,this paper puts forward the strategic decision for the development of Henderson securities.Then,analyzes the contradictions existing between the development strategy and management mode,the construction scheme of the management mode is put forward to adapt to the current development strategy.
