The Sector of Telecommunication Equipment Manufacture in China hasdeveloped quickly during the past30years and become stronger. Due to its owncharacteristics of high technology and renewed speed, all the manufactures belongingto this sector have to face huge pressure of surviving. Since the establishment ofHongxin Co. Ltd. in1998,30Branch Offices have been set up all over China. In thepast more than10years, the annual income of it has been up to2billion RMB Yuanfrom original50million RMB Yuan. Its customers include all the carriers in China. Itsbusiness field involves in the research, production, marketing, engineering andservices for wireless network optimization, engineering power-free devices, wirelesscommunication and power production. Now Hongxin Co. Ltd. has become one of themain suppliers of telecommunication equipments. However, with the enlargement ofits business, its development of market begins to face difficulty. Its market coveragerate in its goal market is kept less than30%. In order to solve this problem, it'snecessary to use modern marketing theory to analyze the marketing strategic inHongxin Co. Ltd, which will do well to the future development of it.Firstly, in this article, it analyzes the developing and competition situation of ourtelecommunication manufacture market, summarizes the characteristics of this marketand researches its developing trends. Secondly, it analyzes the macro environment ofHongxin Co. Ltd and the outer, inner situation of it with the method of SWOT as wellas analyzes the advantage, weakness, opportunities, and threats of Hongxin Co. Ltd.Finally, according to the above-mentioned results and the characteristics of goalclients, it analyzes the factors affecting the needs of goal clients and forecastscientifically the potential marketing capacity of Hongxin Co. Ltd. On this basis, withthe real situation of Hongxin Co. Ltd., a new marketing strategy and severalsupporting measures are made, which can help to enlarge its business scope in thefuture and get more development when facing more strong competition.
