K company is an automobile manufacturing enterprise,after ten years of development,has successfully launched a series of best-selling models in the country has been a certain degree of brand awareness and social recognition.At the same time,brain drain also to some extent affected the subsequent development of K company.At present,one of the main problems facing K is how to adjust the talent policy to better adapt to the development of enterprises.As the human resources management,human resources management based on the familiar defects of the companies,fully aware of the construction and policy of talents for the development of K plays an important role,so I chose the subject of the research on Problems and Countermeasures of loss of knowledge workers.This topic not only has a certain theoretical elaboration on the problem of knowledge employee turnover,but also can guide the human resource management of K company.I have some experience on the management of human resources,based on the real situation of K company human resources management on the comprehensive understanding on the basic principle of human resources management as the guidance,through the questionnaire on knowledge worker turnover problem of the systematic research and puts forward several solutions of the.The full text is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,briefly explained the situation and the purpose of the study,the K loss in the talent sense,put forward the framework and research ideas and research methods.The second chapter defines the research object and review related theory;the third chapter introduces the status quo of the company,the brain drain of K company and points out the consequences of this situation of K company;the fourth chapter by questionnaire,systematically analyzed the reason of brain drain of K company and summarizes a series of the causes of talent loss;fifth the chapter put forward various positive measures.Such as the proposed K company through the selection,education,employment,and other four aspects to strengthen the management and no,such as,so that the rate of loss of talent to control and decline.The sixth chapter is the end of the full text,the last part is the prospect,and points out the direction for further research in the future.In this paper,through the in-depth analysis of the brain drain problem of K enterprises,this paper puts forward some solutions,which has certain practical value.At the same time,I hope to be able to play the role of reference for other enterprises in this industry.
