With the advent of the Knowledge Economy Era, human capital becomes the most important strategic capital. As the main carrier of human capital and the main owner, talent will become the decision enterprise competition ability of critical resourcesState-owned enterprise is the important pillar of the national economy in our country. Due to factors such as history, culture, system, the issue of human resources management in state-owned company which is not adapted to market economy system is particularly prominent, such as more and more serious brain draining, especially the people who have the core technology and core confidential management backbone and technical backbone frequently quit, the company’s survival and development will face huge crisis, and this will also directly affect the enterprise’s core competitiveness and long-term development. How to absorb talents, motivate talents, maintain talents, keep the sustainable development of the company, has become an urgent need for company to be solved. The research on talent losing has very important significance for state-owned enterprises long-term strategic development.This article uses the theory of human resources management knowledge, systematically and thoroughly analyzy the reason of the brain drain in X steel companies, and discuss the effective solution and methods of enterprise staff turnover. Put forward by speeding up th reform of state-owned system, build vibrant enterprise incentive mechanism, innovative corporate culture, concerned about the growth of talent success, etc.,to reduce the loss of talent, achieve the purpose of retaining talent, motivate talent, attract talent, and this will provide strong human resources guarantee and intellectual support to keep long-term development for the enterprise, which also emodies the combination of theory with practice. Through to the study of the reasons and countermeasures of brain drain in Jiangxi X iron and steel company, we can provide useful reference and reference.to HR management in state-owned large enterprise.
