In recent years,China's tourism industry in the rapid development at the same time,increasing market competition,customer service requirements for travel is not short,the travel agency to better survival and development must formulate and implement a suitable development strategy.GZL group is the predecessor of GZL travel agency,after nearly 80 years of continuous development from a single small travel agency business,develop into a tourism industry,a comprehensive enterprise of iron and steel,real estate and logistics trading business.At present,GZL group after two times of integration and reorganization mainly in the mainland and Hongkong set up the management of CTS and China Hongkong travel agency,travel agency business,the tourism business and the size of funds in the domestic tourism industry's premier.This article from the travel agency business development strategy related theory,first in-depth analysis of the GZL group travel agency's internal and external environment,the external environment of tourism overall stability is good,the opportunities outweigh the challenges;while in the GZL group travel agency business of the internal environment,the service quality and brand value are in the forefront in the country,but there are still some problems,such as human resources management and marketing management level needs to be improved.On this basis,the GZL group travel agency business development strategy of different levels are discussed and design,pointed out that in the overall development strategy can be adopted on the value-added strategy in business competition strategy can adopt differentiation strategy,it should be from human resources,financial system,enterprise culture and internal control of the four aspects of strengthening the management of GZL group,fully guarantee the travel agency business development strategy implementation,and ultimately this formulation of the different stages of development goals,to provide certain enlightenment and suggestion for the development of the GZL group travel agency business and tourism industry of our country.
