The process of knowledge innovation in the innovative networkalways features the improvement of the intensity of regional heterogeneous knowledge flows.And to realize the increment of innovative network knowledge,it depends on the continuous adjustment and optimization of the innovation of network nodes between the main knowledge relations,and the reduction of innovative network knowledge redundancy.The process of innovative network nodes realizing the knowledge innovation is the process of the generating of knowledgeincrement.In the process of knowledge innovation,in order to make up for the deficiencies and defects of independent innovation and maximallyimprove theknowledge increment,innovation nodes or node enterprises will usually choose collaborative and cooperative ways to achieve the process of innovation through innovative network behavior.The knowledge increment produced in the progress is the fundamental motivationof innovative network which is based on knowledgeflow.The cooperative relationship of innovation network nodes is the necessary premise in the innovative progress of innovative network knowledge.By means of a kind of communication or selection mechanism,a cooperative relationship is established on a basis of a demand that the knowledge increment should be improved.And the cooperative relationship among nodes is optimized by adjustingthe degree of knowledge redundancy,which is completed by controllingthe arcweight of the nodes connection to promote the exchange of knowledge dissemination and the knowledge heterogeneity between nodes,thus to realize the sharing of heterogeneous knowledge and the enhancement of knowledge increment,and ultimately achieve the goal of innovation among network nodes.On the basis of effective communication among the network nodes and the selection mechanism,each node share its heterogeneous knowledge resources with other nodes,starting from its own knowledge endowment,after which they create knowledge incrementthrough absorbing,integrating heterogeneous knowledge,realize the cooperative relationships with other nodes,and ultimately improve the core the competitiveness of the whole innovation network.In the process of dissemination of knowledge,the strengthenhancement of the heterogeneous knowledge flow can promote knowledge increment,in which knowledgeredundancy is the biggest obstacle and a key factor hindering knowledge innovation of innovation nodes.Therefore,the key pointthat each innovation node should focus on is enhancing the degree of heterogeneous knowledge flows through adjusting knowledge redundancy of innovation nodesand finally achieving collaborativeinnovation of network nodes.In the process of knowledge innovation,knowledge increment is the standard to measure innovation network and knowledge innovation.Therefore,only by analyzing the relationship between knowledge redundancy and knowledge increment and controlling knowledge increment among the network nodes will the regional innovation network be maximized.Based on the research of knowledge redundancy,knowledge increment,knowledge flow and collaborative innovation theory,the paper aims to expound the progress of innovation network nodes innovating collaboratively through the analysis of the relationship between innovation network nodes and innovation mechanism,and using the literature reviewmethods,qualitative and quantitative methods,case analysis and other methods,it explores the influence of knowledge increment and redundant knowledge in the process of the collaborative innovationand it presents the construction of the collaborative innovation model.Based on the nonlinear relationship between knowledge increment and knowledge redundancy,this paper further explores the mechanism of knowledge increment.Through the case analysis,it verifies the incremental knowledge lifting mechanism and makes the knowledge redundancy optimal level of knowledge increment maximization,which effectively improves the efficiency of knowledge application and innovation,thus leading innovation nodes and its associated nodes in the innovative network to increase innovation value through enhancing knowledge increment which is based on the enhanced overall competitiveness.
