Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Knowledge Flow In Cluster On Enterprise Innovation Ability

Industrial clusters form industrial clusters.Industrial clusters,as an important form of China's economic development,play an important role in the development of regional economy.Therefore,enhancing cluster innovation capability has a strategic role in regional economic development.And cluster innovation ability ultimately depends on the level of enterprise innovation ability in the cluster.In the context of innovation has already become the key driving force of economic development,it is of great practical significance to improve the innovation ability of cluster enterprises.Relevant studies show that knowledge is an important resource for enhancing the innovation capability of clustered firms,especially heterogeneous knowledge.Therefore,based on the knowledge view,this paper analyzes the upgrading mechanism of knowledge mobility to cluster enterprises' innovation capability and its working conditions.Through literature review and combing,the research model of this paper is constructed.This research mainly analyzes the upgrading mechanism and functional conditions of cluster enterprises' innovation capability from two aspects.First,we study the relationship between knowledge flow and cluster enterprise's innovation capability,and then analyze the mediating mechanism between knowledge integration and knowledge innovation and cluster innovation capability.Secondly,on the basis of the study of the mediating mechanism above,the regulation effect of knowledge heterogeneity and environmental dynamics on the above relationship is investigated respectively.Finally,through the analysis and discussion of the above research results,we get the conclusions of this study,so as to provide reference for future research on cluster enterprise's innovation capability.The specific research methods include the use of SPSS19.0 and AMOS21.0 for reliability and validity test,confirmatory factor test and corresponding hierarchical regression analysis.The results of this study are as follows:(1)knowledge spillovers have a significant positive impact on incremental innovation capability and radical innovation capability;knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on incremental innovation capability,and has no significant impact on radical innovation capability.(2)the two dimensions of knowledge integration,namely,the integration of external and internal knowledge,play an intermediary role between knowledge flow and the innovation ability of cluster enterprises.The internal knowledge transfer and knowledge integration in between incremental innovation ability play a mediator;internal knowledge integration to a part of the intermediary role between knowledge spillover and gradual and radical innovation ability;external knowledge integration in knowledge spillovers and between progressive and radical innovation ability plays a partial mediating effect.(3)knowledge heterogeneity has a negative regulation effect on the relationship between knowledge transfer and internal knowledge integration,and there is no regulatory effect in other relationships.(4)environmental dynamics does not have a regulatory effect on the relationship between knowledge flow and the innovation ability of cluster enterprises.
