With the development of knowledge economy,the innovation ability of product design has gradually become the core competitiveness of the current manufacturing industry.Conceptual design is the initial stage and important aspect of product design,and its essence is the process of knowledge reuse to knowledge creation.How to apply knowledge management technology to conceptual design and realize the effective management and reuse of design knowledge in order to enhance the innovation ability and competitiveness of modern design and promote the development of our manufacturing industry along the trend of modernization has become a hot topic in academic and practice circles in today's society.Under the impetus of knowledge economy and information technology development,knowledge management applications in the field of manufacturing has spawned many research fields and achievements.However,there are some problems worthy to be discussed and solved in the research field of conceptual design knowledge management(CDKM).For instance,in the aspect of theoretical research,the existing knowledge management theory can not effectively match the dynamic design knowledge management.In the field of technical research,the multi-source and heterogeneous design knowledge is difficult to integrate and unify the modeling,knowledge management object and technology research isolation and limitation,leading to the majority of existing design knowledge to be managed but not used.In order to solve these problems and achieve the goal of improving the quality of knowledge management and service in manufacturing enterprises,key techniques in knowledge management are systematically studied based on knowledge flow and combined with semantic technology from four aspect of theory,method,technology and application,including knowledge modeling,knowledge representation and knowledge acquisition.The part of recoil brake is taken as an example for the application research of the above theory and technology combined with the actual needs of our research project.In this dissertation,the background and significance of the present study are elucidated from the perspective of the combination of realistic and theoretical,some basic concepts in the research of CDKM are defined,several shortcomings are proposed on the basis of summarizing and discussing relevant research,and research questions,research ideas and technical route of this dissertation is put forward.Based on this,the main contents and achievements can be summarized as follows.(1)In chapter 2,technical framework of semantic knowledge management in conceptual design is investigated.Based on an overview of the SECI model theory in knowledge management,the theory of design knowledge flow and the semantic theory,the technical framework based on knowledge flow is presented with integrating the dual demand of knowledge management and knowledge reuse.From the perspective of knowledge management process,the contents,characteristics and mechanism of the three techniques of knowledge acquisition flow,knowledge coding flow and knowledge reuse flow in conceptual design knowledge management are analyzed and revealed.From the perspective of conceptual design process,knowledge flow in the design process is discussed and knowledge flow nodes are modeled.Based on the role model of design activity,the workflow and knowledge flow in conceptual design are mapped and integrated and the integration model of workflow and knowledge flow is proposed.Furthermore,the knowledge management process and the conceptual design process are combined to propose a semantic knowledge management framework based on knowledge flow.(2)In chapter 3,unified modeling technology of multidimensional design knowledge is explored from a macro modeling perspective of conceptual design knowledge.The unified modeling needs of multidimensional design knowledge are analyzed for the management and reuse of global design knowledge,conceptual design knowledge is classified and defined from the perspective of knowledge flow in the design process,and the unified modeling technical system of multidimensional design knowledge driven by dual knowledge core of object-process is constructed.Then,different dimensions of design knowledge in the technical system are respectively modeled and implemented.A recoil brake part is taken as an example,and OWL language is used for semantic representation of unified model of multidimensional design knowledge combined with ontology and semantic annotation techniques.(3)In chapter 4,semantic modeling technology of design process knowledge is explored from a micro modeling perspective of conceptual design knowledge.The semantic modeling needs of the design process knowledge are analyzed for management and reuse of dynamic design knowledge.A two-layer modular encapsulation technology is proposed from integrating configurable flow template(CFT)and configurable knowledge component(CKC),and it is used to construct the semantic modeling technology system of design process knowledge.In which,CFT is used for semantic modeling of conceptual design flow knowledge,and CKC is used for integrated modeling of design flow and knowledge flow in the conceptual design.Based on the study of unified modeling techniques,semantic representation of CFT is achieved by using OWL language,and semantic annotation of CKC is carried out based on content construction of knowledge component.(4)In chapter 5,acquisition technology of design knowledge inside and outside organization is explored.From two dimensions of within and outside the organization,knowledge acquisition technology of design process knowledge and design domain knowledge in conceptual design is explored.In the acquisition of design process knowledge within organization,demand analysis for acquisition of the design process knowledge is carried out,then acquisition experiment of design process knowledge is designed by combining the conversational method and the double-layer acquisition template of design flow,and design flow of recoil brake is taken as an example for technology implementation.In the acquisition of design domain knowdge outside organization,demand of knowledge extraction in artillery design field is analyzed,acquisition experiment is designed and implemented for knowledge extraction task based on knowledge extraction technology.(5)In chapter 6,application of key technologies in semantic knowledge management of conceptual design is carried out.On the basis of theoretical and technical studies of the previous chapters,system platform construction is taken as a means of technical application,and the application system of key technologies in semantic knowledge management of conceptual design based on knowledge flow is designed and implemented from the perspective of knowledge management and knowledge reuse.During the construction of application system,the main functions of the four subsystems of ontology management system module,resource management system module,knowledge retrieval and visualization system module and the concept design assistant system module are respectively designed and implemented.Actual design of the recoil brake part is taken as an example,the main functions and design process of the four subsystems are briefly described.The system takes knowledge management and reuse as knowledge service objectives,and provides management function from abstract ontology knowledge management to specific design resources knowledge management,and reuse function from shallow reuse pattern of design knowledge retrieval and visualization to deep reuse pattern of combining design knowledge and design flow,to basically meet the needs of management and reuse of multi-source,heterogeneous and dynamic design knowledge,and to reach the goal of this study.
