Research On Organization Structure Choose Of Enterprise Technological Innovation Based On Knowledge's Influence

With the knowledge economics'time coming, more and more companies have recognized the value of knowledge to the technological innovation. The knowledge current is the key to the success of technological innovation. The author think build organization structure, which flexible and favorable to knowledge current is needed. Basic on the theory of organization, technological innovation and relevant knowledge, this paper discussed how the knowledge has effected on organization structure of technological innovation in system. This paper analysis how distributing of knowledge influence the technological innovation organization structure with the matching of knowledge and power as a cut-in point. And then, beginning with the knowledge increment this thesis discussed the emergence of new knowledge and technological innovation organization structures are influenced each other. Then, based on the dynamic knowledge theory, the knowledge current's influence on organization structure is discussed. At last, the research of environment, knowledge and organization structure is analysis.
