Studies On The Value Increasing Mode Of Knowledge Flow

According to the different main bodies participating in the entire process of knowledge flow, this article analyzed two value increasing modes of knowledge flow emphatically, on the basis of some former researches: one centers on enterprise supply chain and another centers on the knowledge spire. The final aim of knowledge management no more than acquires the value increasing ,of which it is the essential way for knowledge flowing to achieve the process, in a effective way via satisfying the some requirement in time, and then consolidates and improves the permanent competence even more. According to the viewpoint of knowledge process, the knowledge flow can be regarded as one entity that combines the dynamic knowledge process and knowledge value increasing. However, the knowledge-flow value increasing should be, to some extent, patternized. Therefore, it is significative to study the value increasing modes of knowledge flow and helpful for implementation of the stratagem of knowledge management. What is the most important, this paper will bring forward the new view about the knowledge flow: the module of knowledge flow requirement after analysis of the two qualitative knowledge module. Then the author will give the relative arithmetic of the module and knowledge flow control easily.
