Study On Agricultural Technology Extension Pattern In Zhejiang Province

In February 1,2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued a number of opinions on strengthening reform and innovation to speed up the construction of agricultural modernization.To put agricultural technology innovation in an important position,the new agricultural modernization drive to a new height.Since twenty-first Century,the development of agriculture in our country has achieved unprecedented results.At the same time,some problems have emerged in the development of agriculture.On the one hand,with the accelerated process of urbanization,the income of urban and rural residents still have a clear gap,how to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,so that farmers get rich,it has become an important reflection of the problem of urban and rural construction of two yuan.On the other hand,our country is in the basic conditions of the developing countries has not changed,farmers have not yet reached the well-off level of agricultural technology,developed countries have a certain gap,how to put all kinds of new varieties,new technologies,new ideas and new equipment to the countryside,let the farmers out of poverty,is the key to solve the "three rural issues".This thesis is based on problem oriented,to break the bottleneck effect of the system barrier of the agricultural technology promotion and development path,put forward many problems facing agriculture in our country,such as the transformation rate is low,agricultural research funds,the transmission chain is too long and so on.This series of problems as the logical starting point of the study,points out the research direction for the whole thesis,has important theoretical value and practical significance.First of all,the main mode of agricultural technology extension in China is reviewed from the macro aspect.Then,it discusses the main modes of agricultural technology extension at home and abroad and at the present stage in Zhejiang province.Then,it summarizes the main trend of agricultural technology extension mode.Then,from the microscopic aspects of the specific analysis of the Zhejiang University,Huzhou,South Taihu modern agricultural technology promotion center case,the center of the history and development of the center of the current situation,elaborated on the effectiveness and innovation characteristics.Finally,the formation of the government is the leading force of agricultural technology promotion,technology innovation is the core driving force,College of agricultural technology promotion is important rely on,extension of the whole industry chain development is the integration of the conclusion of the four development trends of agricultural technology promotion research.At the end of this paper,put forward the further improvement and development of Zhejiang Agricultural Technology Promotion Center,further application and promotion of "Huzhou mode",further reform and innovation of provincial and municipal agricultural research institutes,further exploration and construction of agricultural industry chain development mode from four aspects of countermeasures.
