Research On The Agricultural Management Mode Of Family Farm In Laiwu From The Perspective Of Land Circulation

Land problem is unavoidable in the process of urbanization, can not be ignored.In Document NO.1 of the Central Government in 2013, it is highly stressed to center on the construction of modern agriculture, to strive to build a new agricultural management system, to nurture and expand the new-typed agricultural operation organizations. This paper is about the agricultural management mode of family farm from the perspective of land circulation in our country. It not only enriches the theory system of agricultural management and urban-rural integration, but also helps to resolve the realistic problems.Due to the farm to alleviate the positive meaning in the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers became evident in practice, the functional departments at all levels in our country has been seriously. Based on the development of Laiwu city agricultural resources endowment and the present situation of land circulation,explore the cultivation condition of the family farm in Laiwu city, through the scientific and rational mechanism service establishment and growth of the family farm. This paper is divided into four parts:Part one describes the background, significance, ideas and methods of this research; points out the deficiencies in current research based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research production about the the land circulation and rural areas and family farms. And the research purpose is raised further based on the rearch above.Part two expounds the formation of family farms in our country under the background of the land circulation, analyses the close relationship between land circulation and the family farm, which are complementary to each other. Then the present situation and the characteristic of the family farm are described clearly. Also,the current obstacles to the implementation of the family farm in our country are raised.Part three land circulation of Laiwu city analyzed the development status and existing problems of the family farm. Also, it reveals the advantage as well as the experience which is beneficial to the family farm in our country.Part four puts forward suggestions on the basis of the above research.
