Human resources are the most important core competition ability of the enterprise, human resource is the inexhaustible be inexhaustible source of power; but the human resource is the most changes, an enterprise resource most not easy to manage. So the human resource management is the most important problem facing the enterprise management. Management of human resources, make good use of human resources, as America steel magnate Carnegie saying "take all of me, give me all the human resources, I also can build a steel empire!" Therefore, whether human resources management is the enterprise to establish, develop and improve the necessary resources. And the people as the main body of human resource management, both managers and managers, therefore, to solve the people’s initiative, it solves the problems of development and utilization of human resources. The work’s original purpose is to benefit, with benefits to encourage employees to concentrate obtained by the pure personal interests to the interests of the enterprise; the enterprise benefit, then also realized the planning and design of occupation career staff; staff have a clear and uncertain future, enterprise the future is secure; employees to higher levels of personal values, will rely on the enterprises to achieve. This is the original meaning of performance appraisal.As the survival of the most important factors, access to the basic interests of security, freedom of thought will be people driven enterprise employees began the pursuit of fairness and justice. Therefore, human resources management to this spirit can reflect the human factors of production to pursue, and through some form of performance, we need to establish and improve enterprise performance appraisal system. The content of this paper is the dialectical relation based on research, qualitative and quantitative human factors of production-performance assessment, enterprise future three as an organic whole, can really reflect the enterprise performance appraisal standards, transparency and fairness of performance appraisal system for enterprise. In order to distinguish it from the previous researches on performance appraisal in either the theory too deep, generally makes the enterprise is difficult to copy the research way according to use; also different from the too theoretical description, once applied to the enterprise will have to study non adaptive mode; research side this emphasis on the combination of theory with practice. Based on research results can be applied to business practice, theoretical research and can be used as reference for other research work based on ZY, the performance assessment of enterprise are analyzed and discussed, and finally puts forward the Countermeasures of the ZY enterprise performance evaluation, the shortcomings and problems and suggestions.Therefore, a comparative study of this topic firstly applied the methods of literature review of the research background and significance. Thrust a clear exposition of the performance appraisal system of enterprise, its fundamental goal is the assurance for the enterprise talent team training and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. At the same time, through to the human resources management to efficiency, enable the enterprise to obtain the bigger development space. Then this paper elaborated on performance evaluation related concepts. The concept of performance appraisal in the concepts of this article contains the application, principle and the enterprise internal and external causes of performance appraisal. On this basis, this paper establish the theoretical basis and empirical analysis for the staff performance appraisal system of ZY base. This paper expounds the copy of ZY company’s performance management is not a simple file and pattern, but through the review of the performance appraisal system of ZY enterprises, point out the deficiency existing in the current performance appraisal of enterprises such as:subjective factors in the evaluation of performance is too great to staff appraisal unfairness, through to these question elaboration, points out that the enterprise performance the assessment should rectification which contents, improving access to performance appraisal through what way and management method. The ZY enterprise performance evaluation of the actual situation, the construction of practical and new ZY enterprise performance evaluation model. And the viability of this model is verified by case. Finally, in the reform and the actual performance appraisal in the enterprise never reform methods and means of overnight, for performance evaluation of ZY enterprise is put forward according to the problems in the measure and advice of.
