With the fast development of Economic world and the advancement of information age,our enterprises not only have gained lots of developmental opportunities,but also have to face the explosive challenge:the indetermination in market,the creative in technique,the organization reform and the personnel alteration.Specially,with the global economics integrity wave rolling up,China enter into WTO,however,how Chinese enterprises face the challenge? How to keep the competitive advantage ? The competitions between modern enterprises are personnel competitions in the final analysis.The excellent employee can become the core competitive power in the company,so how to get and leader and improve them has become a important point in human resource.How to evaluate the employee's performance? How to improve it? These hard nuts must be faced by any enterprises.In the international competition,many enterprises try to establish and perfect performance management system in order to overcome the difficulty.The performance management is a systemic control process,and it's a subsidiary system in strategic management.The deep goal is based on the developmental strategy of enterprise.The performance management is to realize the company object and to supply employee with personal improvement chance through continuous and effective communication that will influence employee's behaviors.Performance appraisal is an important aspect of the performance management and it can test the performance of staff.Performance appraisal can provide timely feedback to employees.Staff can have a general understanding though it,in addition to know their own strengths,also know their own inadequacies and development potentials,thereby improving performance;On the other hand,enterprises can also see the performance appraisal in management and correct the deficiencies.This helps the personal development and help the enterprises to improve the overall capacity and development.First of all,this paper discusses the importance of performance management and the key points for well using performance management through expounding performance management theories systemically and analyzing the matters and countermeasures existed in executing performance management.Secondly,this paper have a precise description of performance management system in jilin oilfield;in addition,the paper also have a specific analysis of the performance management system.Through jilin oilfield achievements inspection system analysis,in view of the existing problem,proposes in the original achievements inspection system foundation to its achievements inspection system construction.After the new performance appraisal system established,we should also pay attention to many problems in the implementation process.For example,to set a reasonable cycle assessment clearly,regular track control efforts to reduce examination errors and other problems.In the process of implementation of performance appraisal,problems is inevitable but we can clearly understand the root causes of our problems,and correct it in time,so as to motivate staff performance appraisal and foster corporate culture and improve organizational performance,enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness.We are looking forward to give a motion to the development of the enterprise through the normal operation of performance management system.
