In today's society,a high degree of financial integration and globalization,China's commercial banks are still using the traditional organization and human management personnel work of the internal performance evaluation of employees can not be a mere formality,and employee compensation,promotion and salary raise,staff mobility,employee motivation correctly and directly linked,these have a direct impact on the commercial banks in China in the field of international finance competition ability and competitive advantage.Since China's accession to the WTO,the influx of foreign banks,China's financial industry is facing more direct,intense competition,and the commercial banks must take the management currency as the most basic attribute of the enterprise,to meet the modern financial industry system,the operation mechanism of the reform of the financial industry management and industry structure.How to establish and perfect the personnel system and competitive mechanism to meet the requirements of modern commercial banks is the most important issue for China's commercial banks.In recent years,with the deepening in the reform of China's banking industry and foreign banks has brought great challenges to the development of commercial bank A A,commercial banks need to in the process of second transformation to make full use of performance appraisal methods in order to ensure the realization of strategic objectives.Based on the integration of domestic and foreign status quo for the basic research of performance appraisal,the related theory from the aspects of concept,performance appraisal principles,procedures and methods;then the situation and existing problems of performance appraisal of A commercial bank evaluation problems and causes are analyzed;then according to the existing HItB bank the problem of performance evaluation,the Balanced Scorecard theory and re designed for the A commercial bank development strategy based performance evaluation system,and determine the weight of each evaluation index by subjective experience;finally,the implementation steps of A commercial bank performance appraisal is discussed,the smooth implementation and establish a safeguard mechanism to ensure performance appraisal.Hope that through this article for the A commercial bank performance appraisal system design research,can provide reference for the commercial bank performance appraisal management.
