At present,China's financial market is developing violently,and competition in the financial industry is intensifying.As one of the main forms of the financial industry,banks are far-reaching to the market.As the main force of the banking industry,commercial banks have a large number in the banking market,which means that the competition between commercial banks is particularly fierce.For commercial banks,how to better improve their competitiveness is extremely important for finding a good development direction in the current market wave.The fiercely competitive market environment and a large number of competitors make it necessary for commercial banks to continuously improve their capabilities to gain a living space,otherwise they willeventually be eliminated in the market competition for survival of the fittest.Current scholars have done a lot of research on how commercial banks can enhance their competitiveness.This paper will focus on one of the most effective ways to conduct research.The corporate nature of a commercial bank determines that the effectiveness of its performance management will largely determine its profitability.Performance evaliation,as a way of performance management,plays a big role in the internal operation of commercial banks,focusing on internal incentives,so that commercial banks can demonstrate sufficient vitality at the enterprise level and greatly enhance their market competitiveness.A scientific and reasonable performance evaluation can effectively stimulate the work ability of employees,improve their work enthusiasm,and make employees revitalize their work,and then improve their market competitiveness.Therefore,for commercial banks,designing a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system is undoubtedly an effective way to improve their-performance management capabilities and thus enhance their competitiveness.Through the above analysis,this paper will take A commercial bank as an example,from the basic situation of its enterprise and the current performance evaluation system,analyze the shortcomings of its current performance evaluation system for the current enterprise development,and choose the balanced scorecard method.Balanced scorecard's financial,customer,internal operations and learning and growth four dimensions re-construct its performance evaluation system,trying to improve the status of A bank's performance management,and then activate employee enthusiasm,improve employee productivity and enthusiasm,and cultivate excellent The talent team will enhance the internal management level and profitability of Bank A and enhance its competitiveness.This paper explores the close relationship between the rationality of performance evaluation and enterprise performance management and its own development,and opens up the research field of balanced scorecards in the practical application of commercial banks,and hopes to improve the performance evaluation level of other commercial banks through the research of this paper.Aspects play a certain role in reference.
