Balanced Scorecard Luoyang Improved Bank Performance Evaluation System Based On

With the highly speed of economic globalization and the development of financial industry,the development of city commercial banks have become the scholars research topic.The performance management system of foreign commercial bank are perfectly.Our countries commercial bank performance management are still incomplete.And the city commercial banks are paly a very important role. So I base on this point to study the performance method of LY bank.This paper is based on the balanced scorecard performance evaluation method.I choose the LY bank to analyse.It has the scientific management theory,the balanced scorecard theory and the system management theory.This paper uses the following methods:the comparative analysis,the case analysis and so on. I use the LY bank to analysise,mainly use the recent years financial data,which including the traditional performance evaluation methods,the performance evaluation method based on the balanced scorecard method.What’s more,the existing assessment method based on the balanced scorecard was improved and perfect.I put forward the suitable performance method to LY bank,because it combines this bank’s strategic development plan.At the end of this article,I put forward the strategy,which used in the development of improved peformance evaluation method.Because it can solve more probelms of this bank.
