Wine industr is a traditional advantage industry, there has been a steady development trend. But because of the many Chinese wine enterprises and oversupply of wine market, so there is increasingly fierce competition in wine making enterprises. The FuYu Lao Jiao Wine Industry Co.,Ltd,as a famous wine enterprise of a area, the competitive advantage is the key to remain invincible in the fierce competition.Based on the realistic background of the competition in China's wine market is becoming increasingly fierce and China's wine enterprise core competitiveness needs to be improved,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of domestic and abroad core competitiveness of enterprises, especially the basic wine enterprise core competitiveness theory research results, the evaluation of the core competence of the FuYu Lao Jiao Wine Industry Co., Ltd and upgrade as the core. This thesis includes four parts: the first analyzed the rich Laojiao wine limited competition environment, mainly elaborates the company faced internal and external competitive environment and the core competitiveness of the status quo; secondly,constructing the evaluation index system of the core competitive force, rich Laojiao Wine Co. Ltd. including: establishing core competitiveness analysis , rich Laojiao wine Co.influence factors and evaluation index system of factors of China's wine enterprise value chain and core competitiveness, as the core competitiveness of the next chapter rich Laojiao wine limited evaluation and comparison basis; and then, based on the improved TOPSIS method particle swarm algorithm for evaluation of the core competence of right for rich Laojiao wine company 6 Heilongjiang wine enterprises, to accurately grasp the core competitiveness of the rich Laojiao Wine Co. Ltd, including the construction of evaluation model, evaluation objects and data sources; finally, put forward from the optimization of human resource management level, enhance the brand competitiveness, strengthen technological innovation, promote the reform of marketing company, ensuring product quality and safety to improve the core competitiveness.This paper has certain representativeness, aims to study the increasingly fierce industry competition background, based on the systematic analysis of the external and internal competition environment, how local well-known wine companies to scientifically and accurately, effectively cultivate and enhance their core competitiveness?...
