This paper first analyzes and summarizes the research results of the theory of enterprise core competence.The theory of core competence was first proposed by American scholar Harold and Hamel in the article "enterprise’s core competitiveness" published in the Harvard Business review.Foreign scholars on the core competitiveness from the perspective of their own a lot of research,bold,and gives the concept of the core competitiveness of different,but they focus on their respective areas of study and based on this proposed concept,it Overgeneralization.On the basis of foreign scholars’ research,combined with China’s national conditions,industry and enterprise practice,domestic scholars have given their own concept of core competitiveness.The factors affecting the core competence and the evaluation system have also been explored,but the actual effect remains to be further studied.Secondly,this article research on the domestic and foreign Wine industry situation and market status of the division of the most prominent feature is the Wine of new and old world,the famous British writer Wine Hugh Johnson in 1971 first proposed the new and old world Wine theory,namely the traditional Wine origin in Europe is Wine old world,in addition to outside Europe Wine origin Wine belong to the new world.There are obvious differences in the classification system,grape variety and brewing technology in the new and old wine world.But in recent years,Wine of new and old world also appeared a trend of convergence of the old world,try new flavors and new formula Wine,and the new world began to increase Wine to taste,taste more diversified.China vast,Wine many areas,and scattered across the four corners of the world in Chinese region,climate and soil conditions around and the varieties and planting methods,brewing methods are simple Chinese that be quite different,Wine belongs to the new world or the old world and can reflect the status of development of Chinese Wine industry.The development of Chinese wine enterprises should absorb and draw on the advantages of the new and old wine world,and follow its own unique way of wine development.From the development of domestic Wine industry trend,"13th Five-Year" is China’s Wine during the golden period of development,high-end Wine will usher in development opportunities,with the improvement of the living standard,the demand Wine market demand,consumer culture is gradually formed,which provides a rare opportunity for development of Ningxia Helan east mountain Wine.Learn from foreign experience in the development of Wine industry,from the actual situation of Ningxia Wine industry,the implementation of the "Helan east mountain Wine industry encountered large areas,small winery" strategic marketing serious inversion problems were analyzed,the surface is not on the sales and production,but the deeper problem is the lack of national well-known independent Wine brand,high production costs,Wine homogenization phenomenon is serious and so on.Finally,combined with the core competitiveness of "diamond model",analytical helan mountain wine industry core competitiveness factors,mainly built around the enterprise culture innovation ability,marketing ability,production ability,strategic management ability,organization and management ability and human resources decide the substantial factor in the development of enterprises.Thus,in the helan mountain foothill grape produces established "big region,small winery" development strategy,targeted put forward the helan mountain foothill grape wine enterprises to obtain and maintain the core competitiveness of countermeasures: one is the enterprise culture construction is given priority to with wine brands.Second,to strengthen innovation capacity;Third,we need to strengthen marketing and marketing.Fourth,strengthen the capacity of production services;Fifth,we will strengthen the capability of strategic management.Sixth,strengthen the capacity of organizational management;Seventh,we will strengthen the capacity of human resources.
