Core competence is the fundamental source of enterprise's sustainable competitive advantage and the security of competitive advantage obtaining in the existing industries and fields. The means by which to enhance the core competitiveness of China's commercial banks is not only important theoretical value, but also for the development of China's banking industry as well as the stability of the financial system have important practical significance.Based on the subsistent domestic and abroad research results, the paper has made use of a method of combining the theoretical model and practical study to analyze the inside and exterior environment such as the social and economic background, the current performance and competitive power of the ICBC Baiyin Branch by collecting masses of relevant data and information.
