Human resources are the modern commercial banks in China's most valuable resource,the main reasons for this conclusion is the modern society through extensive use of large data and information technology,network technology and other channels,so that employees can master the knowledge and good ability to utilize knowledge become the core competitiveness of commercial banks,to replace the physical status and basic skills in business in banking operations.While the joint-stock banks,the advantages compared with the state-owned commercial bank is also the largest by introducing a reasonable incentive mechanism,give full play to people in the banking business in creative and initiative,so as to make up for the core capital,less outlets scattered layout and other natural disadvantages,occupies an important position in modern China in the financial system.Huaxia Bank Hefei branch of Huaxia Bank as a branch in the layout of the thirtieth,since 2010 the Bank of Hefei and Anhui,the development of sound,rapid and healthy development of economy,making a contribution to the healthy operation of the financial system in Anhui province.Review the development course of 6 years,found that only the establishment of a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to mobilize the front office staff,the staffs working enthusiasm,to promote the development of the entire branch;on the other hand,in the fierce competition in the industry at a disadvantage.This paper uses the model of modern enterprise incentive theory and incentive mechanism of joint-stock commercial bank staff incentive mechanism of Huaxia Bank Hefei branch as the research sample,analysis of the current situation of environment and incentive and main problems in the existing incentive mechanism,set up the incentive mechanism of Huaxia Bank Hefei to material incentive,spiritual incentive and comprehensive remuneration incentives as the main content.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,including the background and significance,research contents,research methods and possible innovations;the second chapter expounds the basic theory of the modern enterprise employees incentive,including Maslow's "hierarchy of needs" Herzber case"two factor theory",Adams "justice theory",Forum's "Expectancy Theory";the third chapter shows the analysis of the Hefei branch of Huaxia Bank's internal and external environment and incentive situation,pointed out that the main reason of existing problems and puts forward how to construct the scientific and effective staff incentive mechanism;incentive mechanism,the fourth chapter staff design for Hefei branch of Huaxia Bank;the fifth chapter introduces the Hefei branch of Huaxia bank incentive mechanism implementation of safeguard measures;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and evaluation,summarizes the main content,The main points of this paper are put forward,and the problems that need to be further studied and the shortcomings of the thesis are put forward.
