The research conducted on incentive strategies of staffs in the Jiangsu branch of JT bank will help make the staffs team in the Jiangsu branch of JT bank more stable,promote the corporation competitive power,create fair competitive environment and build up the talents team.By taking the staffs of the Jiangsu branch of JT bank as research object,adopting the methods of document searching,interview survey,questionnaire survey,dynamic analysis and case studying,collating and concluding the current incentive theory research fruits and utilizing the incentive theories,like theory of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,Performance management theory,E ? pectancy theory and Two-Factor theory,the paper witnesses that analysis is conducted on the current incentive strategy of staffs in the Jiangsu branch of JT bank,including staff performance target assessment,organization structure frame and promotion system,pointing out a lot of issues,like low salary level,blocked promotion channel,insufficient chance on staff training and insufficient praise and honor.Meanwhile,regarding the issues of staff incentive strategy,this paper sorts out,ranks and analyzes staff incentive elements that impact the staff of the Jiangsu branch of JT bank,which are taken as the proof leading to issuing effective staff incentive strategy optimization strategy,including income incentive strategy optimization,performance management incentive strategy optimization,staff growth incentive strategy optimization and staff working environment incentive strategy optimization.The e ? ecution procedure and guarantee measure of incentive strategy optimization is issued in the end of this paper.The bank staff incentive strategy optimization scheme issued in this paper will help the Jiangsu branch of JT bank improve its staff incentive strategy,promote the staffs'working positivity and efficiency and then promote the corporation's competition power and provide some reference to other internal brother banks that need to conduct effective staff incentive strategy.
