Using scientific incentive mechanism to improve the level of human resource management is the main guarantee to enhance the performance of enterprises.Especially at the moment,under the circumstances that China's opening to the outside world and the deepening of the enterprise reform are imperative,it is of great theoretical and practical value to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,promote the healthy development of enterprises and enhance the enthusiasm of managers and grass-roots employees.Based on the present results of the research on incentive theory at home and abroad,combining with the actual situation of human resource management in the Sinopec Fuxin branch,this paper adopts the questionnaire and statistical analysis methods to reveal the single incentive mode,local unfairness,enterprise culture and performance evaluation of the Sinopec branch of the Sinopec.The reasons for these five problems are outdated and there is a lack of long-term employee development mechanisms.The reason for these problems is that the management concept in the process of employee incentive mechanism is backward,the incentive method is not fully utilized,and the reward incentive effect is not strong.Therefore,it puts forward the systematic and pertinent suggestions in five aspects,such as salary system,incentive organization,enterprise culture,performance management system and long-term mechanism of employee growth.It is hoped that through the research on the incentive mechanism of the Sinopec Fuxin branch,the company's employees' performance will grow steadily for a long time.The conclusion is also of some reference to the development and construction of human resources in our enterprises.
