rapid,the rapid expansion of enterprise scale and the continuous increase in the number of employees,making the enterprise human resources management issues gradually highlighted.The researchers in theory of modern human resource management,the author puts forward the following strategies for the performance management,salary management,staff management and corporate culture construction from
