With the development of economy and society,the traditional management mode has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise development,innovation has become the key driving force to promote the development of enterprises.How to realize the transformation of the old and new management concepts and the remolding of the mode is an unavoidable problem for the development of enterprises.Human resource management is indispensable in modern management concept.Nowadays,the core of enterprise development lies in the competition of talents.How to establish scientific and effective human resource management strategy,attract and develop talents and realize the integration of human resource value is the key to win the competitive advantage.This paper takes XCY Company as the research object,based on the development orientation of the company,using the related concepts of human resources and related theories to carry on the detailed analysis.In the introduction part,the significance and background of the article are expounded,the current research situation at home and abroad is summarized,and the content of the article is briefly summarized.In the part of theoretical foundation,the author expatiates the theory of human resources and the analysis tools of related concepts and series strategies.Then,using the method of SWOT analysis,the author analyzes the internal and external environment of the company,and finds out that the system and mechanism hindering the management of human resources and the cultivation of talents are not viable,which is not conducive to talents.The problems of absorbing and cultivating development,such as the lack of human resource management support in the strategic transformation of the company,and the restriction of the industrial strategic development by the "internal assistance" management mode of human resources,etc.Then,according to the existing problems and the requirements of the strategic development of the company,the article implements the optimization design of the existing human resource planning scheme,and replans themodules,mainly from the post system planning,the ability development system planning,The planning and design of talent development system should be carried out to perfect the human resource management system,form a complete management system,innovate the concept of human resource management,increase the input and so on,and promote the human resources strategy.The implementation of the planning system.
