As a kind of intangible assets,Human Resources are difficult to be imitated by other companies.As the development of the society and economy,Human Resources are being put into an important position,and the managers have realized that Human Resources could be used to help the realization of a company's goal.Although it could not be transferred directly,it can still play an important role.In this paper,according to the reality of Changchun Public Transport Group Corporation Limited,a Human Resource Management Strategy has been made to help to the development of the whole company and the realization of the goals of the company.The paper includes the explanation of Strategic Human Resource Management,the relative research of domestic and foreign researchers,which provides theoretical foundation for the further research.And then the in the paper,I do some analysis about the company and conduct a SWOT analysis and make a decision about the final HR Strategy.At last,I make some specific suggestions to the company to ensure that the smooth implementation of its Human Resource Strategy,and the final conclusion. |
