Application Research On Financial Shared Service Center Of Power Enterprise

Financial Shared Service Center was born in 1980 s.Initially some large enterprise groups set up a special financial center to deal with some simple business processes.With the rapid development of the global economy,the enterprise group began to set up a number of sub branches,subsidiaries to achieve development.The number of mergers and acquisitions is also increasing year by year.This has prompted the expansion of the scale of enterprise groups.In this context,the efficiency of business process management is decreasing and the financial management costs increased year by year.More and more foreign enterprises began to try to set up a Financial Shared Service Center to reduce the cost of financial management,improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise financial management.The advantage of the Financial Shared Service Center in the enterprise financial management has gradually attracted the attention of Chinese enterprises.Many large domestic enterprises are aware of the necessary to set up a financial shared service center.In fact,it has huge potential in the operation of Financial Shared Service center.This innovative management model needs to be properly promoted.Almost all of the electric power enterprises in our country are large group enterprises.There are great advantages in establishing a financial shared service center.In recent years,China's power enterprises are also facing many problems.Electricity price cuts and cost increases reduce the profits of power companies year by year.At the same time,the reform of electric power system has broken the traditional monopoly pattern of electric power industry.How to win in the industry is also a problem faced by business managers.Therefore,the financial sector is one of the most important departments.The establishment of Financial Shared Service Center is the innovation of financial management model.To a certain extent,it can make a good foundation for the innovation and development of enterprises.In this paper,I first study the domestic and foreign literatures about the application of Financial Shared Service center to make a good theoretical foundation for the writing of the article.Secondly,from the current situation of the development of China's power enterprises,I summed up the constraints of China's power enterprises in the development of financial management of some important issues.In this way I know The necessity and feasibility of Establishing Financial Shared Service center.Finally,from the practical experience and the existing problems of the establishment of Financial Shared Service Center for the case enterprise,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of establishing the Financial Shared Service center based on my own understanding,The author hopes to provide reference value for the electric power enterprises which are going to establish a Financial Shared Service Center by studying the application of Financial Shared Service center.
