Since the nineteen nineties, the transnational corporations continue to emer ge and expand. Internal business process is becoming more and more complex. Studying the management model of international advanced enterpri se, enhancing the control of global business ability by using the shared service model, is a very good attempt for the domestic enterprise on the international ization development.This thesis studied monographs and papers of domestic and foreign about the Shared Service Center, compared the differences between the model of shar ed service and traditional financial management pattern, elaborated the character istics, classification, source of benefits and risk of financial shared service. Thi s thesis analyzed the successful application cases of the Financial Shared Servi ces Center in multinational company, summed up the application characteristic and development trend of Financial Shared Services Center.This thesis chose the electric power corporation as a template, and analyze d the current situation and the problems in financial management of the corpor ation, and put forward four steps to establish the Financial Shared Service Cen ter. The construction project of Financial Shared Services Center is divided int o seven parts. This thesis pointed out the steps and key points of the financial shared services centers applications.
