Nowadays China's economy has evolved into a stage of senior forms,more optimized division and rational structure.Such technologies as artificial intelligence are changing with each passing day.The new material field has been continuously broken through.The PPP model in construction of public facilities is booming.With the Internet as the core,a new round of industrial revolution of science and technology is gaining momentum,characterized by E-commerce and modern logistics rising suddenly.A wide range of applications of information technology has reflected more and more competitions among enterprises in management level,resource integration,creative abilities,talent support and etc.,of which talent competition comes ultimately.Training is one of the most effective ways to human resources development and focuses on improving the quality of the people.A company must attach importance on training in order to remain invincible in the fierce competition.Kunming Iron & Steel(Group)Co.(KISCO)is a large state-owned enterprise in an important period of transformation development.In a changing market environment,KISCO has been paying more attention to employee training.However,there are still problems to be solved in the staff training system at present.It is imperative to have best and stronger staff training and to optimize the training system so as to keep up with the times and corporate development.With the help of literature study method,questionnaire investigation and interview survey method,the theories relevant to training and its system are studied in the article and my own opinions are put forward.Taking KISCO for example,the current conditions of training system are described and the related problems are analyzed and discussed.Learning from the advanced enterprises at home and abroad and in the same industry,optimization measures,in reference to four subsystems of organization system,organization and implementation system,curriculum system and lecturer system in the training system,are proposed for KISCO training system.In view of training incorporated with the enterprise 's development strategy,such suggestions,including improvement of the managers' recognition of training,a detailed analysis of the research prior to making training plan,determination of training objectives,the key design of organization implementation,development and utilization of new media training,enhancement of college-enterprise cooperation,wide development of modern apprenticeship,establishment of a learning-oriented enterprise and achievement of lifelong education,are to make training characteristic and effective.This research will be aimed at providing references for the same type of enterprise to improve the training so as to create a win-win situation of enterprise 's benefit maximization and individual 's training needs maximization.
