Research On Performance Management In Haikou Veolia Water

When many enterprises in the face of increasingly fierce market competition from domestic and international,they realized that the core of enterprise competition is talent competition,and human resource is the key factor for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage.Performance management is one of the "six modules" of human resource management.It is an instrument for enterprise to achieve strategic objectives and improve management level,moreover,it is also a way for enterprise to motivate employees and achieve employees' career development.Therefore,performance management become the most effective process of human resources management and has been widely recognized gradually.However,many enterprises encounter a variety of problems during the implementation of performance management.In this thesis,with the examples of Haikou Veolia Water,I analysis the formation of its performance management system,point out the existing problems and analyze the reason,finally puts forward a series of suggestions for improvement.I hope I can help to improve the performance management of Haikou Veolia Water.I also help these suggestions can make the enterprise to achieve strategic goals,improve the economic benefit.This thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and the main content of the thesis.The second chapter is review the summary of related theories.The third chapter is the introduction of Haikou Veolia Water situation.The fourth chapter part is the introduction of company's performance management.The fifth chapter is the question analysis of Haikou Veolia Water performance management.The sixth part is the suggestions to improve performance management.
