Performance management is an important part of enterprise management,scientific and effective performance management can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,make enterprises run more efficiently,thus improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Although performance management is a management mode that meets the needs of the times,the work is not carried out smoothly.Many enterprises still encounter a variety of problems in performance management,so that performance management does not play its due effect..How to improve the shortcomings in the process of performance management and establish a real performance management system which is suitable for their own is a problem that should be considered by every enterprise.H Company is a large catering and entertainment company in Kunming,since its establishment in 2000,put HX tavern as the center,expanding the scale of business,and gradually occupied a place in the catering business in Kunming.While enterprises have a large increase in profits,the management model is lagging behind.In order to meet the management needs of the rapid expansion of the company,performance management system start to be used by H company.The new management method links employee performance appraisal with salary system,which plays a certain role in encouraging employees,but in practice,there are still have some problems,such as imperfect performance management system,inadequate design of evaluation indicators,etc.This article will take H company as the background,through the massive reading performance management related literature and the book,has a systematic comprehensive understanding to the performance management content,the method and the process,Then by issuing questionnaires and interviews to investigate the current situation of performance management of a company,through data processing,analysis and information induction,sorting out the achievements and problems of H company performance management,to analyze the reasons.Finally,by using SWOT analysis,BSC and other related theories,aiming at the problems of H company,combined with the actual situation of H company,put forward the corresponding improvement measures and suggestions to help H company optimize the performance management system and enhance the management level of this whole company.
