Research On Risk Control Of Fund Management In Aerospace Development Project

Aerospace research projects usually have its characteristics of huge investment,high technical advancement and long development period,which determine the aerospace research as a high risk,high grade and high demand work.How to properly identify and analyze the variety of risk factors that may affect the success of the project,is vital important.Currently,for the aerospace research projects there is a misunderstanding which people pay more attention to the technology and market risk in the early development period,but ignore the rick management and control in various stages of the research process.Thereby resulting in the failure of research by the research fund's lost because of an unsuccessful risk management and control.How to effectively identify and evaluate the project fund risks,and establish a method to assess the development process risk of aerospace project has its important practical significance.The study object of this paper,consist in the fund management and control of process risk monitor for aerospace research project.Firstly,the paper introduces the meaning and characteristics of aerospace research projects,analyze the current problems in the development of the project,summarize the possible risk factors that may arise in the research projects and make a clear statement of the content for the risk monitor during the process of research.Secondly,utilizing the method of AHP(Analytic hierarchy process)and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the risk factors of monitor and establish a whole process of the aerospace research project risk assessment system.The paper offers a basic idea of the risk management of research fund during the whole process of aerospace research project and provides a series of relative management measures in terms of standardization and systematize of the research funds management and the establishment of risk alert system,etc..Finally,utilizing a real research project example to verify the validity efficiency of the theory and the efficiency of the measurements.
