A Study On The Risk Management Of T Projects Of Investment In Fixed Assets For Aerospace Development Support

The 12 th Five-Year period is a critical period of transformation and upgrading for national defense science & technology industry, a crucial period for China aerospace to develop its capability, and a very important period for China aerospace military industrial enterprises to play a role to drive the national economy. China aerospace industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges of national economy development, changing of conditions of environment, national industrialization development, new changing of world main national military industries during this period; at the same time, China aerospace industry has problems such as weak base,low ability level and unreasonable system structure. The core military industrial ability of China aerospace must be improved. So a large number of investment projects of fixed assets which can assure the development of China aerospace are in discussion. But during the process of implementation, there are lots of unfavorable factors, which make the projects proceed slowly, be paid delayed. So risk management research on investment projects of fixed assets in aerospace industry should be highlighted.This paper has deeply studied the risk management on fixed assets project in T projects of investment for aerospace development support with theory of the risk management. Firstly, according to the data analysis and evaluation of project risks, the characteristics of T projects for aerospace development support of investment in fixed assets was carried out. Then, referring to the advanced theory and practical experience in project management, the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the risk assessment of T projects of investment fixed assets for aerospace development support. Finally, the evaluation results according to the risk analysis and the project management process, the corresponding strategies and measures to deal with it on the aerospace industry fixed assets investment project risk.This study has certain reference significance and application value of risk management based on other aerospace industry fixed assets investment projects.
