The Research & Application Of Project Management On Process Analysis System Project Of Coal-chemical Project

With the continious development of coal-chemical industry,the demands of advanced process analysis system for large coal-chemical enterprise projects become stricter and stricter,thus,the popularized process analysis system begains to replace the traditional laborary analysis gradually and become an independent system project of standard configure for them.The process analysis system monitors the components of process chemicals just like the human eyes,it gives the direct operation' basis for the operators.There are the survey reports made by advanced refinery and petro-chemical enterprises showing that analysis system contribute more than 40%parts of economical benefits which is creatived by advanced control method.Thus,after the process analysis project constrtucted,the stable working conditions of process analysis system will play a very important role in the the stable controlling,lean production and economic benefits of the enterprise.As a son project of large coal-chemical enterprise's project,for the important role in manufacturing process control after project constructed,to ensure the project quality of the process analysis system,it should be paid great attention in its designing,manufacturing,field intrastructure projects,installations,debuggings and operational maintenance.as an indepdent small projcect,how to make sure the project can be finished not only on time but also very well,we should use the theory of project management to carry out the ambinations of the cost control,schedule control and quality control in the whole project constructions.Being as a subject of new developing constructional management science,project management is arousing the extensive attention of the construction company developed day by day,it is a kind of system science who is responsible for planning,organizing and monitoring the whole process of the construction proiect by utilizing the systematic principles.this article introduces the basic theory and management methods of morden project managements,and also presents the conditions of mordent process analysis project.this article also explains how to use the modern project management theory to achieve the most scientific system project construction by the overall planning,consttructions cost control,schedule control and quality control,setting the AH coal-chemical project as the background,taking the process analysis system project as representative,based on my actual work experience in AH project construction,applying the process management methods to control the whole life cycle of the processs analysis project to make ensure this project construction finished not only on time but olso of high quality,and provides successful experieces for similar projects.
