Research On Risk Management Of Company L's Big Data Platform Project

This article takes the risk management of Company L's big data platform project as the research object.Project risk management is an important part of IT project management and is critical to successfully deliver the project.At present,company L has not systematically carried out risk management practice work.Based on existing theoretical research on risks at home and abroad,it is the practical significance of this article to explore the risk management mechanism for IT projects which is suitable for company L.The content of the thesis are as follows:First,it introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and compares the current status of software risk research at home and abroad.Secondly,the characteristics of IT project management and risk management are introduced,including Barry Boehm's risk management model,SEI's CRM risk management system,Leavitt model,and Riskit risk model.Based on the classic theory of software project risk management,combined with the current status of software project risk management,the practical problems to be solved and their necessity are pointed out.Third,identify the project risks in the development content,project process,and internal management of big data projects through the methods such as literature method,Delphi method,and brainstorming method,and summarize the project risks in them.Fourth,the AHP is used to construct a risk assessment framework for the identified risk factors.The main steps included classifying risk factors,constructing a risk assessment framework,and using the AHP to assess risk factors.Sort them to determine the evaluation results and quantify the impact of risk factors on the project.Fifth,take measures to control the major risk factors assessed.Finally,the validity of the viewpoint of this article is explained with the company L's big data platform project,and the existing risk management system is gradually established and improved based on the risk management situation,and the existing problems in project risk management are comprehensively and systematically solved.That is to put risk management in the context of the current development of the entire big data industry to conduct research,which fully reflects the economic and application value of project risk management in the entire project process.
