With gradually increasing requirements for high-tech project research and development in aerospace system in China, the scientifically management of project research and development would become a problem for the development of aerospace system enterprises which needs to be improved gradually.This thesis lays the research and development of one aerospace system project in which the author had participated as the background, analyzes ways and methods of project management in aerospace system via researching R&D flow, design and manufacture process. Through the reflection and summary of the practical work, the author expects to provide some experience for reference for similar project research and development in aerospace system.Firstly, the author analyzes the management status quo and flow of project research and development in aerospace system from the point of view of R&D organization, management of the outsourcing unit, and R&D flow, then the author points out the vital roles of one project research and development to the development of the enterprise and finds out some problems in economic environment, project R&D production time period, project quality control and cost control in existence.Secondly, the thesis makes emphasis on discussing the three targets management in the aforesaid R&D project, i.e. project quality control, cost management and project process management. In project quality control aspect, the author explains in detail from the general information of the quality management to the specified quality management measurement. In cost management aspect, the author analyzes from the evaluation of the project economic profit, project expenditure management mode and expenditure in outsourcing process. In the aspect of project progress management, the author details on general status of the project R&D production planning management and the specified process of project planning management.Then the author emphasis on discussion of process management of one system project research and development, including key management issues for project subsystem outsourcing, contract and risks, etc. Then the author concludes his experience. Finally, the author makes a summary of his experience and what the author learns from the project. Besides the conclusion, the author future makes a prospect.Through the research, the author tries to optimize the mode of production management, quality control, materials and goods supply, technology management and technology layout and other facets in aerospace system project research and development, to provide a reference for establishing a production management system which can satisfy one system project research and development in aerospace field..
