In recent years,the development of China's auto industry can be said to be advancing by leaps and bounds.With the advent of opportunities,automobile manufacturers are also facing great pressure.The growing number of automotive brands,a variety of alternative products.Want to survive in the automotive industry,not only have a strong financial strength,but also in the brand,quality,management,service and other aspects of outstanding performance.As a manufacturer of light buses for more than 30 years,the sales performance in recent years is not satisfactory,especially in the case of the total sales volume of the whole light passenger industry increased year by year.In order to reverse the situation,Saab learn from Western ideas,through the process of reengineering the enterprise for a major change.Hope that through this reconstruction,Saab can get rid of the current predicament,and out of the tight encirclement of the enterprise to a new level.This paper is based on the two theoretical basis of lean production and process reengineering.In the first chapter,the paper introduces the background and significance of this study.The second chapter mainly introduces the development of lean production and process reengineering theory.The third chapter introduces the development history and present situation of Saab's business,respectively from the processes of production planning,quality management in workshop management and production technology of the production process,discusses the four aspects of the existing problems in the production and don't lean on.To solve these problems,in the fourth chapter,we design a new process,and on the basis of the original for Saab equipped with production information system,to achieve the production of information management.The fifth chapter focuses on the implementation and evaluation of the process reengineering.The focus of this paper is from the third chapter to the fifth chapter,in view of the current problems in the process of the development of the corresponding solutions.In the process of reengineering,combined with a number of advanced production concepts,such as JIT,FIS,IE,etc..This paper around the entire production process,make deep analysis of multiple levels from the point of view of the whole process,not only for the production process of transformation,but also on the organizational structure and management mode,and the corresponding rules and regulations have been reformed,for Saab such enterprises,reform is one from the top to the next,from the inside to the outside of the reform,not only is the transformation of the production process,is a change of the whole enterprise.In the actual transformation,the text uses a variety of research methods,such as survey method,interview method,practice method and so on,in the transformation process,pay attention to the assembly shop production stimulating effect,combined with the feedback of frontline workers,improve constantly,try,and ultimately determine the new production process,the intermediate process the leadership of the company,technical level and front-line staff together to complete the.This paper started from the end of 2016,combined with several years to learn the industrial engineering knowledge,apply theory to practice,this is not only a summary of the knowledge,is my life an important node,through the writing of this paper,I also learned a lot of new knowledge,the importance of practical experience the theory and practice,in the future,I will continue to strive for greater progress.
