The Research Of Window Regulator Production Process Reengineering In B Company

Process reengineering is a very effective measure to improve production management in production enterprises.Through the analysis of the value process of the whole production process,we can get the specific situation of material flow and information flow of the enterprise production line.In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost,systematic analysis and improvement should be carried out for the process that takes up more resources or wastes more.This paper will start with the value flow analysis of B company's window machine production line,using the idea,tools and technology of lean production,combining with the specific application of standardized module of SAP enterprise management system in production,to help enterprises improve production process and management efficiency.In view of some specific problems in the production process of company B,such as standardized operation,inventory management,labor efficiency,equipment utilization optimization and other aspects of comprehensive research and elaboration.This study will have a better promotion and guidance significance for B company to eliminate the waste in the production process,reduce the production cost and improve the quality performance.This paper briefly introduces the basic concept of value process analysis,the development and trend of theoretical research and application,as well as the practical application of SAP system in enterprises.Combined with the actual work of company B,this paper expounds the products and production process of company B,analyzes the value-added and non value-added activities in the production process by using the value process analysis tools,conducts specific research and Analysis on the waste generated in the production process through data collection and discussion,finds out the key points to be improved,and determines the improvement countermeasures.By promoting the application of SAP standardized module in production,we can improve standardized operation,strengthen inventory control,eliminate relevant factors restricting production efficiency,improve equipment utilization,improve production capacity,eliminate unnecessary labor and material waste in the production process,so as to reduce production cost and improve management efficiency.The research focuses on the practice of the production line with the only terminal of the line.Through the effect evaluation,the research results are clear.However,the situation of multiple terminals offline still needs further study,especially the products with multiple terminals offline and cross boxed packaging need further study.
