Coordination Strategies Of Logistics Service Supply Chain With Demand Updating:A Research Based On Behaviorial Factors

With the increasing attention to the application of behavioral operations management in supply chains,the effect of behavioral factors on supply chain coordination is also receiving additional attention.In addition,with the extension of information technology,demand updating appears more and more in supply chains.This study focuses on coordination strategies of logistics service supply chain with demand updating based on behaviorial factors,which has essential management insights,and provides theretical basis for related research.This paper first analysises the current situation of related theories of logistics service supply chain(LSSC),then reviewed theoretical achievements in demand updating,procurement,behaviorial factors,evaluation methods,etc.,pointed out the shortcomings of extant litureture,which is the theretical basis of this paper.This study can be divided into four parts,which are:(1)Capacity procurement with two ordering opportunities considering demand updating and rational expectations.We explores the applicable conditions of two capacity procurement strategies with two ordering opportunities,namely sub-strategy?in which only increasing purchase quantity is allowed during the second ordering opportunity,and sub-strategy ? in which either increasing or reducing order quantities is possible when the second order is placed.(2)Capacity procurement with two ordering opportunities considering demand updating and quality guarantee.Since FLSP's guaranteed quality defect rate(GQDR)has influence on not only the order decision of LSI,but also the expected profit of LSI and FLSP,the object of this paper is to find out whether or not should FLSP adjust the guaranteed service quality defect rate after demand updating under the condition of demand updating.(3)Order allocation model with two ordering opportunities considering demand updating.Based on consideration of LSI having two different decision-making modes,i.e.long-term and short-term,this paper constructs an order allocation model in logistics service supply chain which is a bi-level programming model.We explore the impacts of some essential factors on the expected profits of LSI and FLSPs by conducting numerical analysis.(4)Supply chain comprehensive performance evaluation system with demand updating.According to some principles,considering the requirements of demand updating on the information communication mechanism between LSI and FLSPs,the flexibility of FLSPs,etc.,a comprehensive performance evaluation system with demand updating was established.AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were adopted to evaluate the comprehensive performance.
