In the current service-oriented environment, the research of services supply chain is one of the new trend of SCM research. And logistics services supply chain is an important branch of SCM research. It is important to the development of modern logistics industry trends and also is one of the important issues of academic research. Therefore, the issues of logistics service supply chain management and operational are more and more concerned.With the continuous development of logistics service industry, the logistics services supply chain is formed. It refers to a new supply chain that the integrated logistics service provider as the core point to integrated supply chain logistics resources by providing flexible logistics services to ensure product supply chain logistics operation. The coordination relationship of members based on the division and cooperation of service capability that to make up for their lack of operational capacity, to avoid the excess of resources and achieve win-win situation. Therefore, from the perspective of service capabilities to study coordination of logistics services supply chain that for the entire supply chain to improve operational performance has very important significance.This paper analyzes the domestic and international supply chain logistics services research situation and described issues that this paper researched the practical and theoretical significances. And the use of outsourcing theory, the capacity theory, supplies chain management theory as a theoretical foundation for this study. Through the study on the evolution of mechanisms, dynamics and characteristics of logistics services supply chain and found that:Logistics service supply chain is essentially a service supply based on cooperation of service capacity to formed, which the integrator provider as the core, the function logistics service providerâ†'integrated logistics service providersâ†'customers as basic structure. Therefore, this paper on the view of the service capabilities of logistics service supply chain to discuss coordination of two aspects (service capacity procurement and screening) and service supply chain operations).This study is characterized by the serve as a starting point to study the logistics supply chain coordination, and through game theory analysis of the procurement, fault tree method to study service supply chain operation. This paper hopes that from a more objective point of view to optimized coordination of logistics services.
