As the adjustment of global industrial structure and the shifting of the focus of manufacturing, more and more enterprises prefer to outsource non-core business,which is logistics, to professional service providers in order to reduce logistics costs. Logistics Service Supply Chain is a new supply chain model, appeared due to the requirement of professional and personalized service in logistics outsourcing, which provides all-round services for customers through integrating resource. Logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and a number of logistics or logistics-related companies are born, however, third-party logistics starts relatively late, associated with low specialization and management degree. In order to meet the demand of specialize and personalize, better qualified third-party logistics enterprises integrate better functional logistics providers to build the"functional logistics providers, logistics service integrated providers,customer"as the main logistics service supply chain, which could be the direction of developing logistics enterprises in china.under the presupposition of analyzing the pattern of logistics services supply chain and the development of logistics industry, the dissertation compares and analyzes the differences between logistics services chain and traditional supply chain, analysis the building elements of logistics services supply chain, and extends the study on the selection of storage-based and transportation-based logistics provider.based on characteristics of logistics service supply chain and combined with the manufacturing companies to the storage-based logistics supplier requirements, selection index system of storage-based logistics provider is build; taking into account that the relation is benefit deviation between inventory and transport in the area of logistics, a Bi-level programming model is built and corresponding iterative algorithm is designed to solve it.The selection index system of transportation-based logistics providers is built; aiming at the lowest cost, efficiency, service quality and service capacity, a multi-objective programming model for selecting transportation-based logistics supplier is established which will be solved by using the maximum-satisfaction method. This paper studies the logistics supplier selection model and algorithm ,applied to functional logistics supplier selection in A Logistics Group Co., Ltd., the effectiveness of the model is proved.
