With steadily development of social economy, that the proportion of the service industry in the national economy is increasing day by day indicates service economy is gradually becoming the core of national economy and compared with the developed countries in the world, service industry has become the most dynamic in the three largest industry of China which is at the rapid development stage, and farther, logistics, representative of the service industry, already becomes the biggest investment hot spots and plays a key role to manufacturing and trade circulation industry, so doing the related research of logistics service supply chain(LSSC) will have profound significance to our economy. Based on the above, the dissertation, choosing LSSC as the research object, selecting increase of customer satisfaction, reduction of logistics cost as the breakthrough point, considering from the point of view of the government and enterprises, studies the theory and method of integrated logistics service supply chain(ILSSC) management more in-depth. The details are given as follows:Research of ILSSC system model. The dissertation redefines the meaning of ILSSC and points out the difference when comparing with general services supply chain on the analysis of the connotation development of services supply chain, explains the cause of the formation and development of LSSC from the aspects of social division of labor, professional development, enhancing core competitiveness, reducing the transaction costs and so on, analysis the ILSSC system in the factors of participation body(logistics service integrators, functional logistics suppliers, logistics demander, logistics equipment suppliers and non-logistics services), system function(product supply chain, LSSC, logistics management information system), management activities(service requirements, service quality, service orders, customer relationship, service performance and other activities) in-depth and construct corresponding structure model of LSSC system.Research of selecting functional logistics supplier model. Based On the analysis of influence factors of selecting functional logistics suppliers, the dissertation, using Reconstruct Quality House model to analyzes logistics demand on table analysis from reliability, response, guarantee and other factors of customer requirement and according to the result of calculating the integrated performance of logistics from aspects, studies the two factors:cost and quality, which lead to the trade-off phenomenon and put forward a bi-level programming model by minimizing cost of logistics service and maximizing the performance of suppliers to select suppliers, gathers the AHP and QFD method to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of logistics supplier which combines the Evaluation index system with customer demands and considers the importance of the latter in evaluating process, designs the layered iterative algorithm according to established supplier evaluation model and validates the effectiveness of model and algorithm through calculation example.Research of LSSC cooperation capability coordination mechanism. Logistics service supply chain cooperation capability adjustment mechanism study. The two parties lack trust on two stages of LSSC consisting of logistics service integrators and function logistics service providers. Foucs on the issue of poor performance of LSSC operation resulted by inconsistency of expectation of future contract execution, the nash bargaining model between logistics service integrators and function logistics service providers is established. The model solution analysis shows that the two parties expect that whether the opposite side will execute reservation contract is the main factor to influence the results of the negotiation of the two parties. If the two parties expect is same to the future deal, the bargain deal volume will achieve the system optimal deal volume that the logistics service integrators think; if expectation of the logistics service integrators is less than that of the function logistics service provider, the deal volume of the two parties exceed the system deal volume that the logistics service integrators think; if the expectation of the logistics service integrators is larger than that of the function logistics service providers, the deal volume of the two parties is less than the system deal volume that the logistics service integrators think. For this reason, logistics service integrator prepayment adjustment mechanism is established. Mechanism analysis shows that under that mechanism, the expense of service delivery is zero and all expenses present as prepayment. Moreover, the deal volume under that mechanism has achieved the system deal volume that the logistics service integrators think at least. The expected profit of the two parties has been enhanced.Measurement model of logistics integration productivity. Considering the characteristics of logistics service industry that there exists two or more factors associated with the measurement index of productivity, this dissertation adopts LISREL software to do confirmatory factors analysis of measure indexes, and found that relevance of customer satisfaction and logistics efficiency is much strong rather than enterprise collaborative ability in original data and that the adjusted measurement index system is more superior in reliability, uses structural equation model to analysis relevance of the four factors that influence the productivity of logistics service and the other measurement indexes; the result indicates that the inventory control level and the enterprise internal management ability have embody the ability of enterprise internal coordination, so just as controlling the inventory level and strengthen internal management is the crux to improve coordinated ability, inventory visualization and knowability of opportunity cost is the key to provide flexibility service for enterprise, the same time information technology has been the necessary conditions to increase production efficiency in the integrated optimization of global logistics.Evaluation model of LSSC performance. The paper builds the evaluation index system, which is made of35sub-indexes, from the aspects of the satisfaction of the customers, the effection of the ecological environment, synchronous development, normative management, based on the view of the customers, enterprise, and ecological environment. It constructs the evaluation model, in virtue of the integrated method which include the AHP, DEA and Fuzzy. It examines the validation of the evaluation index and the evaluation method by the actual example, and puts forward to the suggestion, according to the evaluation results. It can give theoretical support for decision makers.
