Research On Logistics Service Supply Chain Performance Based On Behavior Perspective

With the continuous emergence of logistics services,logistics service supply chain came into being.And the supply chain management research is also expanded to the field of logistics service supply chain research,including logistics service supply chain coordination mechanism and logistics service supply chain order allocation.In the management practice,supply chain members will be affected by behavior factors,such as inequity aversion and risk aversion,resulting in a certain decision-making preference.So the integration of behavioral factors into supply chain research has become an important research topic.However nowadays,there still lacks a systematic analytical framework about the relationship between behavioral factors and supply chain performance.Besides,researches on supply chain performance considering behavioral factors(such as risk aversion and inequity aversion)are still insufficient.Therefore,the relationship between the behavioral factors and supply chain performance was explored in the background of service supply chain in this paper.In this paper,the status of the supply chain research was first analyzed in detail,and the previous research is reviewed from the three aspects of behavior theory,supply chain control theory and supply chain performance theory,which lays the theoretical foundation for the whole paper.After that,this paper studies four aspects based on behavioral perspective,which are:(1)The conceptual framework of service supply chain performance considering behavior and control power.Two kinds of behavior factors were focused on in this paper,namely risk aversion and inequity aversion,and it was found that behavioral factor is the main factor influencing control power,then control power will influence the supply chain performance by influencing the supply chain domination structure.(2)Logistics service supply chain contract coordination and performance improvement considering integrator's risk aversion.Whether the supply chain performance will be improved in several common contractual coordination was explored in this paper.It was found that contract design will have a good effect on preventing the risk,while the revenue sharing contract has the greatest effect.(3)Research on the impact of inequity aversion and demandupdating on order allocation performance.The influence of the inequity aversion parameters and demand updating parameters on the order allocation performance are explored.It was found that in a certain situation,the bigger the difference of the provider's inequity aversion coefficient,the greater the integrator's profit will be,while the lower the provider's total utility will be.(4)Performance evaluation of Logistics service supply chain with behavioral factors.This paper makes an overall evaluation and analysis on the comprehensive performance of seven suppliers of SNDLC based on the characteristics of the logistics service supply chain and the behavioral factors.The last part is the main conclusions of this paper and future research prospects.
