With the continuous development of industrial civilization and market economy,great changes have taken place in the living environment of mankind,people suffered from all kinds of threats to health food safety in the enjoyment of economic interests at the same time,the emergence of various cancers,and generation of new flu.All this makes people pay more and more attention to their health.According to the survey,the global residents of health care consumption since 1990 s increased year by year,the demand for health care products is very strong.According to the international standard division of the smart industries,which are listed in the world trade in the fastest growing medical care industry,health food every year to more than 10% of the rate of rapid growth.However,in the health care industry to flourish at the same time,health care products companies exposed to the sales staff of the lack of effective incentives and constraints and other issues,and this also seems to be an important model which prevent the rapid development of companies.In this paper,CY company health products as the research object,first of all,a brief introduction of the CY company's health products,the basic profile,the specific analysis of the business line team construction and the implementation of the incentive system.Secondly,through the satisfaction survey,in the grasp of the sales staff's demand and satisfaction of the situation,on the basis of the current sales staff incentive system,the article made a further analysis.Finally,based on the analysis of the problem,draw on and reference to other company's experience and practice,from the company's reality,it is pointed out that the CY company sales staff incentive system improvement measures and suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to have a certain reference value for the improvement of CY company's business line and sales staff incentive system of other companies in the same industry.
