All of the core content of enterprise human resources management is to develop a reasonable salary system,this system not only convey to employees what is of value in the organization,pay remuneration to the employees as well as how to set up policies and procedures of the above support.Enterprise strategy planning is directly related to compensation system design is successful,successful compensation system can make the employees will be their efforts and act together,help an organization more competitive.Enterprises want to survive in the society,it is necessary to pay lever,at the same time retaining and attracting talent,make their ability to play without reservation,for on the maximum limit to create more economic benefits for the enterprise.So,basically,pay is the talent competition,is the key to promote enterprise progress and sustainable development.This paper selected TJ marketing company as the research object,using interviews,questionnaire survey and data about the present situation of the enterprise salary had in-depth understanding and analysis.By TJ organizational structure,post and rank relationship marketing company and the nature of the users of the investigation and study,TJ marketing company compensation system can't support the development of the company,not to meet the now post salary system for employees,one of the most obvious is the sales personnel salary system,as a starting point,combined with its employee satisfaction survey,puts forward a set of reasonable and conform to the modernization of the ideas of openness,fairness and justice compensation system optimization design,set up a reasonable salary system model and proportion,determined the position salary,performance salary and performance bonus subject compensation optimization method,and through the way of performance appraisal,designs the performance bonus distribution method,and the total compensation from the perspectives of budget control.In this paper,the optimization of TJ marketing company's compensation system scheme has strong practicability,marketing for TJ company compensation management provide direct reference value.
