In the sales process, sales staff only performance management, discipline and be able to motivate sales staff behavior and improve their enthusiasm and initiative, so as to improve the efficiency of the sales team. How to strengthen the management of sales staff, improve the economic efficiency of the organization, it has become the key to business success. Therefore, strengthening research on performance management theory and methods become very urgent.
