With the rapid development of logistics technology and automation technology,the application of automated warehouse is more and more widely.There is no denying that,compared with the traditional warehouse,automated stereoscopic warehouse enhance the level of logistics operation.It not only reduces the dependence on warehouse workers as well as saves operation time,but also,to some extent,improves the level of enterprise service.However,it is quite difficult to maximize the warehouse efficiency completely only by automated stereoscopic warehouse,because,to some extent,storage allocation is also affecting the efficiency of warehouse operation.There are many factors which can decide whether the allocation of goods is reasonable,including cargo turnover,goods related situation and so on.Consequently,in order to further enhance the efficiency of warehouse operation,it is necessary for automated stereoscopic warehouse to conduct slotting optimization according to the actual factors.This dissertation regards components and parts storage area of S enterprise as the main research object.The main problems of S enterprise are listed after introducing the actual situation of S enterprise.In order to solve these problems,the dissertation transforms the problem into a mathematical model based on the establishment of relevant parameters.This is a multi-objective optimization question due to the fact we need to consider many factors including delivery efficiency,goods related situation and so on.The dissertation intends to obtain the weight of each target through AHP.For the problem of improving delivery efficiency,the dissertation classifies the parts owing to the fact that different parts have a large gap in shipments and delivery frequency.The dissertation gives priority to place A class parts near out mode,B class parts are the second,C class parts are the last so that the whole delivery time is the shortest.The dissertation sorts out the order within a cycle from S enterprise and then classifies the parts through EIQ analysis.For the result of model,this dissertation designs genetic algorithm and uses matlab to figure out.Then,this dissertation figures out the optimization rate by comparing the initial results and the iterative results,which indicates that the problem has been solved.Finally,the dissertation summarizes the research achievements.
