With the rapid development of modern industry, the traditional storage methods cannot meet the needs of production and circulation, and three-dimensional warehouse hasbeen more and more applications. Warehousing operations management is still followedthe long-standing habits and experience to place the goods, it would be a waste of storagespace, but also makes inefficient warehouse work. The data show that in the entireproduction process, most of the time used for the storage of materials, modern enterprise inorder to improve economic efficiency, to spend a lot of effort in optimizing the storageareas. Over the years, a large number of research results is optimized for warehousing,storage and static design, resource allocation, optimal scheduling gradually become aresearch hotspot in recent years. On the basis of existing research, optimize the allocationof for warehousing operations resources configuration storage spaces and a library joboptimization scheduling picking routing problem is studied, designed to improve theefficiency of the entire warehousing operations.In this paper, three-dimensional warehouse Annto Logistics Co., Ltd. warehousingcenter for the study, at home and abroad warehousing operations optimization studies,analysis of the company’s current situation and the main problems, extracted storagewarehouse management information system bit key information, optimize the allocation ofstorage spaces for warehousing operations in the allocation of resources, the establishmentof goals, while at the same time in order to improve the efficiency of warehouse storageoperations to meet the requirements of shelf stability storage spaces optimization model;optimized for the database operations picking routing, scheduling chosen job shortest pathas the goal, picking routing optimization model. To be solved, respectively, for the twomodels in the genetic algorithm based on by real coding mechanism, i.e. directly in thesolution space of the optimization problem is encoded using genetic algorithms, not onlyeliminates the need for gene space and Solutions space between the coding and Thedecoding process, and can improve the accuracy of the solution and reduce the amount ofcalculation of optimization process.
