In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet industry,the demand for servers in the market is very strong,and the competition in the entire server market is increasingly fierce.How to better meet the needs of customers faster,which has made the production efficiency of server manufacturing enterprises more efficient.High requirements.The warehouse is a place where the material flow of the manufacturing enterprise is very frequent,and the operation efficiency of the warehouse greatly affects the production efficiency of the enterprise.The picking operation is the key factor affecting the efficiency of the warehouse operation,accounting for 40%of the total warehouse operation time.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the picking efficiency through scientific and reasonable methods.Reasonable distribution of goods is an effective measure to reduce the walking time of pickers and improve the efficiency of picking.Therefore,this paper studies the problem of the location allocation of the D parts warehouse of Company A.Based on the D parts warehouse of Company A,this paper analyzes the current situation of D parts warehouse and finds that it has the problem of long walking distance,high cost of parts and parts,and poor stability of some shelves.It is the unreasonable distribution of the cargo space.It is necessary to solve these problems by optimizing the warehouse location and improve the efficiency of the warehouse operation.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the D parts warehouse,a reasonable and effective cargo space optimization scheme is designed.The storage strategy of the warehouse,and then,combined with the actual problems of the D warehouse,proposes a two-stage solution to optimize the location of each area first,and then consider the characteristics of the parts and the outbound nature,and establish the lowest cost.The target location optimization model is used to solve the model by genetics,and the final location allocation scheme is obtained.Finally,the optimized scheme results are analyzed,and the original location allocation scheme of the D warehouse is found,and the optimized scheme effect is obtained.Significantly,the validity of the model and algorithm is proved.Finally,the paper summarizes and looks forward to this topic.Figure 9,Table 23,and 52references.
